Good Service and Excellent Follow-up I ordered the mirrors online and it said delivery would be within 5 days. It was within 5 working days and the mirrors arrived in perfect condition, despite the external appearance of the packaging which was fairly knocked about. I then received a phone call from the company to check the mirrors had arrived and that I was happy. Can't fault the service or the customer follow-up.

Abysmal service - avoid this company It has been over a month since I placed my order and I still don't have the mirror. When I chased the order I was told that it hadn't been made yet due to an admin error. Then I wasted a day sitting in when, despite confirming delivery the following day by email and telephone, the mirror failed to arrive. When I called to find out where it was I was told it had been left off the van - another admin error - and that someone would call me back in 10 mins. They did not. Since then I have emailed twice asking for a refund and been completely ignored.

The company is different glass! Ok so a play on words but this company takes business seriously. Great communication via e mail. Great product well produced. Delivered safely in a wooden box. Mirror looks great on the wall. Bespoke mirror at a great price.

Outstanding service My experience with this company was an absolute delight. I ordered my mirrors on a Monday and received them within the 5 days as promised. The mirrors are of excellent quality will definitely be ordering from Sumner mirrors in the future. Mrs latif

Fast, competitive and great at communication - well impressed! I needed to order a made to measure mirror and did some online quotes the weekend. Sumner came out cheapest of all the quotes I got (some companies didn't have online quotes available, so they emailed me quotes - but these arrived after I'd ordered with Sumner - that said, they were dearer anyway, so no harm done!). Ordered the mirror on Sunday PM. Email from Sumner early Monday telling me they had my order. Email again Tuesday, the mirror is made and will be out for delivery tomorrow - and it arrived the next day (Wednesday) and is a perfect fit and a lovely looking mirror! So, the lowest price I could find, and a delivery much sooner than I was expecting. Could I be any happier with such service? I don't think I could Buy with confidence - these are a professional outfit.... :)
