Excellent I was searching online for larger mirrors for my bathrooms and found Sumner Mirror and Glass website and obtained a price. Then, while searching around on other sites compared the prices proving Sumner Mirror and Glass were competitive. I was both pleased with the cost for the size of mirrors I ordered and the speed of which they made and delivered the goods to me. I would use this site again.

Excellent product and service The glass splashback looked good on their website and looked even better when it arrived. It was very well packed in a plywood frame and carefully delivered by TNT. The customer service people were pleasant to deal with by phone and email. Overall VERY pleased.

Abysmal service - avoid this company It has been over a month since I placed my order and I still don't have the mirror. When I chased the order I was told that it hadn't been made yet due to an admin error. Then I wasted a day sitting in when, despite confirming delivery the following day by email and telephone, the mirror failed to arrive. When I called to find out where it was I was told it had been left off the van - another admin error - and that someone would call me back in 10 mins. They did not. Since then I have emailed twice asking for a refund and been completely ignored.

Excellent Having looked online for a made to measure mirror I didn't find many reasonable quotes. This company was great and offered me exactly what I was after including an immediate quote online. The mirror arrived within four days of ordering. I had to change the delivery address but this was not a problem. The company were willing to help in whatever way they could. The mirror is great, just what I was after!

Delivered on time as scheduled,emailed 1 day prior delivery,dellivery driver helped us to unload mirrors to the property,really thankful to the guy called Mark for amending the mirrors after the order been placed and mirrors been produced and delivery arranged day after with no extra cost.Thank you Sumner Mirrors I will definitely use their service again as I am privately owned bespoke furniture company.
