Holy Moli I spent much time trying to locate a supplier for the Hartmann product my loved one needed over three years ago. I settled on this supplier basically as I it appeared to offer the product we needed when others did not. There were some delays in the beginning due to manufacturer issues. Over the last year shipping times have improved significantly and my business now appears to be appreciated.

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. 12 days waiting and they finally texted me. I told them to can order, had to order elsewhere they took so long. They lied and said it had mailed l and was too late to cancel. 2 da6s later I get a text from UPS stating a label had been created and package would ship soon. They lie. I don't need their product any longer.

Great selection and service from Home Delivered for over a year now. Home Delivered has a great selection of incontinence products. We purchase the X-large Prevail adult diapers for my mother-in-law, and the fluff large pads for use under her potty chair in her bedroom (next to the bed). Ordering on line and having them delivered is a great convenience, since it is difficult to find X-large sizes in area stores.
