no delivery of medication Money was taken from account no delivery of medication. Contacted freedom no reply only automatic generic reply recieved. Will report this to the fraud dept of RBS. Extreamly concerned that thus may be a fraudulent business.

Wouldn't use any other website. The first time I used this website I waited over 7 days for my order and it had not arrived. I rang up and they accepted full responsibility, apologised profusely and got my order out to me the next day. This hasn't happened since and I've been ordering for around 12 months now. I would not use any other website. 10/10 customer service, orders accepted within half n hour, delivered the day after order confirmation. Absolutely brilliant.

FreedomHealth...when your GP says no but you need the prescription. My LDL count does not trigger the NICE value for NHS treatment BUT my new employer demands a lower risk. If your GP can't/won't prescribe Statins but you need them then for small dose private prescriptions this company has delivered what my Taxes could not. Thank you.

Dissapointed. I made an order and paid for next day special delivery which cost £5-6. The order arrived a day later than it should of and even though i updated my order with a new address, the delivery was made to the past address. The website spoke about being discreet and allowing an order to be delivered wherever needed depending on the customers preference but this was not the case. I won't be using this site again.

Customer Service Stinks. You can really tell how a good a company is when things don't go right. That's what happened. I contacted them directly and should have done so on here as they seem reasonable when it's under the public eye. I have ordered the generic brands for a while now and every time I order it's a new package and new manufacturer with varied effectiveness. Will have to look for another company unfortunately. I'm still waiting for a response from my refund which I haven't received yet.
