Great service, not so great technology FreedomHealth offer a great, efficient and engaging service. I feel comfortable addressing some difficult and personal issues. My only negative comment is the website is not great, it often has glitches, it doesn't really allow you to do repeat orders, and I have had issues where it has lost the adders details submitted for an order. All was resolved quickly by the team, but it needs work.

excellent site Easy and quick to use. Only improvement would be to give times on response emails i.e. when you send a notification saying your order is being reviewed by a doctor would be good to state how long from that point until it is processed - first time I ordered I was not sure if this would take an hour, a day or several days.

Very helpful I was desperate for a prescription medicine but couldn't arrange in time to see my GP. Thankfully they immediately diagnosed me and sent me the medicine I needed. Unfortunately, they said it would have arrived on Friday, but since they were a day late I had to wait until Monday to receive it.

Freedom health very good ,courier was poor Freedom health sent the goods next day, courier did not deliver until 5 days later . They said they had tried to deliver to my house on first day but there was no answer and they left a card . This is untrue as I was there all day and also no card was left .If I were Freedom health I would change my delivery method.

Very Impressed Used another on-line service with no problems until recently. Did a quick google search and found Freedomhealthonline. After reading many positive reviews I placed my order. Not only was it so much cheaper than the place I used before but the postage was free of charge too! No problems, no hassle and my order arrived very fast which was most appreciated especially as it was sent free. Being kept up to date with emails was great too. Will definitely be using Freedom in the future and I can highly recommend them. Many thanks Freedom!
