GBMostly happy My order was delayed for some reason, and wasn’t processed the same day as I had expected it to be. Even though I had paid for expedited handling. When it finally did process, the shipment came in a few days. I had ordered 2 masks with headgear, one of which arrived with a damaged part where the hose is supposed to be connected. No big deal since I already had another. If it wasn’t for the processing delay and shipping delay, I’d award 5 stars. Overall I’m very happy with my experience, but wish they’d have gotten here faster as I was ordering because my mask had broke.

GBBought a Portable Oxygen concentrator… Bought a Portable Oxygen concentrator and it always had the alarm go off. I called them to complain and requested a return and refund and was told I could not return it because of Covid-19. It is junk and now I am down $1895.00. They are crooks and no wonder they rate a F rating from BBB!

GBWorst transaction I've had in twenty… Worst transaction I've had in twenty years!!!!!! They don't care about customer satisfaction, or returns. YOU pay to return AND they charge 20% for the privilege!! Be EXTREMELY SURE you have the right item when you order or they will stick it to you. Go to e-bay or Amazon and stay away from here!!!!!!

GBGame changer for my Mom! Game changer for my Mom with regard to finding the best portable oxygen machine. The owner Alex was fully engaged in listening to Mom’s personable needs and Jeanette was super quick w email replies and follow up. They lent us a machine before we bought one. Alex recommended the Oxymizer to compliment the new machine and it really maximized oxygen while saving the battery. I really can not say enough about the service and amazing outcome. I highly recommend these folks for all your respiratory needs.
