I needed equipment urgently and he helped expedite and get the equipment within a few hours on a busy Friday evening at rush hour. I am blown away at this level of service! My vacation to the shore for the weekend would have been ruined without a CPAP. Thanks much Nick!

Great customer service This company is so easy to deal with! I had rented a POC from them in the past and when I was ready to buy one they had a refurbished unit available for an unbelievable low price. When I asked about purchasing a second battery I told them the price I'd found on Amazon and they matched it! Quick delivery in an extremely secure well padded box, nice small company, Someone always answers the phone, just ask to speak to your person you've been working with and you're good to go! There is a small business feel to the customer service.

Purchased two ResMed cpap mask… Purchased two ResMed cpap mask cushions. Should have known better as they were $15 cheaper than my usual supplier. Already leaking after less than one month of use. Online "live" chat is worthless. Says they won't refund for products they purchase from a manufacturer! What? UPDATE: Customer service rep just called and claimed that the mask cushion lasts two weeks. Ridiculous! All RedMed online content says they last at least three months. Then he starts yelling and saying that he is going to "blow me up online" because of my review! Can you freaking believe this bullying?

Arrived as promised in the exact… Arrived as promised in the exact condition I hoped it would. The price was very reasonable. I was worried it would be sent in some random packaging. Very happy that it was in sealed original packaging. That was important to me as the replacement nasal cushion was obviously going to be on my nose and face. I will order from this company again for sure.

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service . Rude and not helpful at all . Overpriced shipping fees ! Stay away away . Was charged 20% for something in didn't even order because there website processed my order before I could revise it .
