Klinio has recipes for every meal that are easy to follow, time conscious for the busy person, have easy to access ingredients that cater for various budgets. The food suggested tastes great and does not leave you feeling hungry. Following Klinio's food plan has helped me to lose weight in a consistent way and educated me on changing to and maintaining appropriate eating habits without feeling deprived.

AUThe Klinio app is for diabetics… The Klinio app is a diabetic app that helps me track my calorie intake, nutrition, exercise, Blood Glucose level, (BGL), water, Ketones, blood pressure, and provides meal plans for a range of types, ketogenic, vegan etc. The Klinio Co has great customer service and has provided detailed information on whatever I ask for, e.g. nutritional value of foods, BGL, and Ketone testing, or how to use the app, and help to get my password reset. Thank you Klinio.

GBVery simple approach to weight loss and… Very simple approach to weight loss and controlling sugar levels. The app takes out the guess work and is very interactive. The meal plan is delicious and really simple ingredients that we most likely use on a daily basis.. not a lot of complex recipes. I’ve enjoyed my experience so far. The food has made me regular too and was having a lot of issues prior.

GBTakes the burden of meal planning off of me I love Klinio because it has daily meal plans with breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Everything is super healthy and easy to prepare. Each meal includes the nutritional value as well. I especially like the adjustable portion controls on the recipes (like for 2 or 4 people) and the exportable grocery lists.

GBUseless app Everything is wrong with this app. Thank goodness I don't have diabetes. First of all but enough different as I can't see this app helping in that respect at all. Doesn't with with enough fitness trackers, and all of their numbers are off on calories burned for activities (way too high) and same for food consumed. Not enough ways to report foods consumed (uses mostly ounces( and gives inaccurate values for those. Basically useless. I went back to paper and keeping track on my own. If I were to eat what they are recommending based on my activity and eating patterns I would be gaining weight. I cancelled my subscription but as I paid for six months, there is no refund, I just can continue to use something that's a waste of my time. Don't waste your time or money, ANY other app is better than this. Going back to my simple runmefit app which connects with my fitness tracker and keeps track of all my numbers. I started using three weeks ago and it doesn't even accurately reflect the days you log your information. Very unhelpful/unfriendly user app 😡
