I would say it has good foundational… I would say it has good foundational components however I wish the task videos were more interactive with a count down clock and holding positions longer than 10 seconds

Good overview of all the possible… Good overview of all the possible symptoms and the full rounded nature of treatment required. However the exercises NEED special yoga type equipment which you're going to have to go and purchase separately. They should warn you about that or structure then with common items people can use instead.

Self awareness I had never even considered focusing on my pelvic floor muscles but immediately realized upon doing the exercises and stretches how much tension I was chronically holding in this area. This program allowed me to recognize this imbalance and work towards a remedy. This has led to a greater state of relaxation and body awareness that I previously had not been able to achieve.

I have done this program for 3.5 weeks… I have done this program for 3.5 weeks now for CPPS/Prostatitis and finally seem to have found what is causing all these miserable symptoms. Very good layout of the course. It's simple, but it's basically the bible that would otherwise take you forever plus lots of anxiety to find in pieces elsewhere. I'll update this review when I'm further but in the meantime I highly recommend.

My experience My “prostatitis” was diagnosed 5 years ago. I’ve suffered with almost all those symptoms you have mentiod in your post. Suprisingly, after only a few days application of your AidPlan, the most irritatig symptoms have gone: - no pain in the pelvis and genitals any longer - no frequent toilet use during the night, actually not a single time at the moment (instead of 3 times at least) I’ve just started with a part of AP (stretching exercises, buttock ex., trying to identify eventual trigger point..) I’m doing exercise twice per a day, so pleased so far! A huge progress has been done!
