I just started the course 2 days ago and I understand the principle and real cause of this pain. I knew the cause of my pain was from sitting for a long time, so I immediately did the movements in the picture for ten minutes. A miracle happened. I relieved the pain by 90%. It was incredible. Now I use 30 to 60 minutes to do this stretching exercises everyday. Sorry, I haven't actually started watching the stretching and trigger point video course. I only focused on my own exercises everyday. I hope you can post out my experience I hope all patients suffering from this pain can regain their health body soon. thank you all, well done !

GBGood overview of all the possible… Good overview of all the possible symptoms and the full rounded nature of treatment required. However the exercises NEED special yoga type equipment which you're going to have to go and purchase separately. They should warn you about that or structure then with common items people can use instead.

GBIt would be better if you provide on how to heal bladder wall. That's the most cause of IC. It's a good collective of information for people who are new to IC and haven't done much research on it. The stretch and breath are nice and relax.

GBThis plan is of no use for an older… This plan is of no use for an older person with Arthritis just can’t do the exercises that are no different from free on line stuff . I asked for a refund 3 days into the plan and 4 times in total . They won’t respond so NO REFUND . You cannot trust them complete scam . D. Bamber .

IEHave just started using the program for… Have just started using the program for CPPS. Its informative and the 12 week plan is nice to be able to follow. Fingers crossed it helps but so far looks good.
