I have done this program for 3.5 weeks… I have done this program for 3.5 weeks now for CPPS/Prostatitis and finally seem to have found what is causing all these miserable symptoms. Very good layout of the course. It's simple, but it's basically the bible that would otherwise take you forever plus lots of anxiety to find in pieces elsewhere. I'll update this review when I'm further but in the meantime I highly recommend.

No money back guarantee I bought this due to a Doctors diagnosis. Unfortunately I only got to 1st stretching exercise & was stuck on floor for 2 hours. It turns out I had wrong diagnosis. Aidplan offer a 30 day money back guarantee, however there is no way to claim this back on their webpage. I have sent a few messages & email, so far I have heard nothing.

I had have symptoms of pudendal… I had have symptoms of pudendal neuralgia for the past few months. I purchased the plan a week ago and have already been able to reduce my symptoms some using the stretching, breathing, and meditation routines. I am hopeful for even more improvement as I continue the 12-week plan. I can already see how to calm flare-ups. Very hopeful at this point. Thank you for providing this treatment plan.

Thank you very much for the course Thank you very much for the course. I went through several months of dark time, a process I won’t go into detail. I just started the course 2 days ago and I understand the principle and real cause of this pain. I knew the cause of my pain was from sitting for a long time, so I immediately did the movements in the picture for ten minutes. A miracle happened. I relieved the pain by 90%. It was incredible. Now I use 30 to 60 minutes to do this stretching exercises everyday. Sorry, I haven't actually started watching the stretching and trigger point video course. I only focused on my own exercises everyday. I hope you can post out my experience I hope all patients suffering from this pain can regain their health body soon. thank you all, well done !
