GBMy health provider changed my oxygen… My health provider changed my oxygen usage & I was low on oxygen bottles when I called for more bottles the rep told me it would be delivered on Tuesday if they weren’t able to deliver today. To add to my frustration I opened a new bottle today it wad in the red zone Empty earlier in the week a new bottle was half full being that I need continual flow at 2 liters resting 4 while walking would be a nightmare for anyone needing O2 to stay alive so all turned out good though.

GBIf I could give the a 0 . If I could give them a 0 .. I would. It’s been the WORST Homecare company I have ever acquired. They don’t acknowledge that if a patient has a power. Port it’s because they can’t have their veins accessed. They’ve given the runaround for over a month to get labs- now that I demand that my mother be discharged , now they act sweet and try to see if they can resolve the issue- no humanity, no concern and no empathy. Thumbs down!! So disappointed! There are better Homecare companies who really know what they’re doing and put patients first, like it should be!
