On a late Friday afternoon On a late Friday afternoon, after 4pm, my portable oxygen concentrator shut down "due to overheating". I called Fletcher's and gave the required info, I did not expect such a quick response BUT I got one. The service tech came with a new concentrator, he was so very kind and courteous. I forgot his name but will NOT forget the quick service or his kindness.

Great service! Candi was great. Replaced our machine quickly and took time to answer all my questions. She showed me the correct way to hook up the tubing.
