Martha/Toni Martha, helped me from the initial call and assisted me up to my visit, I met Toni who educated me and fit me for a CPA mask. This overall experience was amazing Martha and Toni make a great Team; I am very pleased.

On a late Friday afternoon On a late Friday afternoon, after 4pm, my portable oxygen concentrator shut down "due to overheating". I called Fletcher's and gave the required info, I did not expect such a quick response BUT I got one. The service tech came with a new concentrator, he was so very kind and courteous. I forgot his name but will NOT forget the quick service or his kindness.

Job well done!!!!! I had a wonderful experience with the representative had He took his time to explain everything to me and he demonstrated the machine for me. He asked me and answered all questions that I had. He stayed as long as he had to to make sure I was comfortable and at ease with the cpap. I would highly recommend him to train anyone using a cpap.
