GBI've been a Pal for over a year now I've been a Pal for over a year now. Have been near and far from home to take visits with people through this company. I don't always understand nor do I agree with the payments. Especially when it come to taking a member to a Dr Appointment. My trip tells me the fastest, shortest route due to road construction. And I get paid what they want to pay me. You can never speak to a person. So I just don't choose those Visits! Lesson Learned

GBPapa is highly unreliable Papa is highly unreliable i call 3 days ahead of time as I was told I was supposed to do. They don't show up most of the time without a notice. I have to call them every time even when I specifically asked to get a notice if people are not available. I shouldn't have to chase people and miss appointments. I filed a complaint with the help of my insurance. I'm annoyed.
