GBPapa is highly unreliable Papa is highly unreliable i call 3 days ahead of time as I was told I was supposed to do. They don't show up most of the time without a notice. I have to call them every time even when I specifically asked to get a notice if people are not available. I shouldn't have to chase people and miss appointments. I filed a complaint with the help of my insurance. I'm annoyed.

GBI'm pleased beyond words with this purchase. I couldn't be happier with this purchase of Papa's Tools weed puller. It works exactly as well as the advertisement shows. It was so satisfying to use that my grandson wanted to take over. That, right there, is worth more than the 5 stars I give this tool. 🙂
