I was looking for responsive support… I was looking for responsive support with great resources and I found it in this program. I attribute my growth and success to this program.

Artificial sweetener exit I've been working with Shenelle since November of 2023. I had my surgery in Mexico so I don't have a team here to guide me through. I was addicted to sugar then artificial sweeteners. We did a metabolic reset/ASE (artificial sweetener exit) I'm mid way through week 4 and I am completely off artificial sweeteners and I have adopted a healthy whole food, plan based diet that I wouldn't have started if I didn't have this group. I just keep learning more and more and I also have amazing support.

Says it like it is! Ever feel like you are so confused on what to eat? Ever obsess about a particular food? Ever struggle with your food addiction is out of control? Need some help with any of these issues, then Shenelle is your gal!! She is compassionate, helpful and understanding. She tells you straight up what needs to be done. Although she says it like it is, she is is so understanding of these issues!!
