For me, it wasn't a silver bullet (if it were, it wouldn't be real and true), but rather the jump start to an inner Odyssey of learning how preserve equanimity amidst the chaos of Life. From the start of the program, Julie and her team promise that each woman will get exactly what she needs from it; and, they make good on that promise. Julie Santiago is the real thing! I highly recommend Julie Santiago’s Awaken Your Life program. As with all personal and professional development programs, you get out of it what you put into it. Julie is an amazing coach. She inspires, motivates, teaches, supports and leads by example. Her laser focused coaching is insightful and compassionate. Her staff is top notch. I value being part of the AYL alumni community. I worried that I wouldn’t like the group coaching model, but having gone through it, I now understand the many benefits of this model. It doesn’t replace 1-on-1 coaching, though this program does provide some of that, but the group coaching model provides a peer group as well as multiple coaches to learn from. If you’re serious about making changes in your life, this program works.
