Julie Santiago is the real thing! I highly recommend Julie Santiago’s Awaken Your Life program. As with all personal and professional development programs, you get out of it what you put into it. Julie is an amazing coach. She inspires, motivates, teaches, supports and leads by example. Her laser focused coaching is insightful and compassionate. Her staff is top notch. I value being part of the AYL alumni community. I worried that I wouldn’t like the group coaching model, but having gone through it, I now understand the many benefits of this model. It doesn’t replace 1-on-1 coaching, though this program does provide some of that, but the group coaching model provides a peer group as well as multiple coaches to learn from. If you’re serious about making changes in your life, this program works.

Priceless personal growth & incredible experience Julie and the entire AYL team have built an incredible program! The way the program content flows, the resources provided and the community fostered through weekly calls & a private group cultivated an environment for personal growth beyond my expectations. Not impressed I signed up for the free call and it was awful . The women sounded like she was reading off a script paper and kept asking me the same questions over and over again. There was no “ coaching “ she didn’t even tell me much about the program . All she kept asking me was “ how motivated I was to change , am I willing to do what it takes .” I am a very motivated and successful woman - I am also not a stupid one. I don’t blindly commit to anything. Finally after an hour I said I had to go because this was going nowhere . I was looking forward to this after reading such good reviews but I was beyond disappointed. Oh then she tried to get my review removed .. so obviously if you leave a bad one it gets removed so of course it is all 5 stars.

Game Changer - Life and Love Julie is not only an incredible life coach, she's some one you can trust with your most vulnerable and raw self. Never had I imagined there was a wealth of wisdom, knowledge, and strength within me, and this experience was shared and formed as a beautiful and powerful collective of women. Julie is phenomenal in what she offers women juggling many worlds and helps you get clear on your end goal. Living fully through the lens of love, not fear.

She can hold a big space for female leaders in an energetic way as well as a practical way in helping you resolve your actions that you need to take to realize your desires, step by step. Julie holds your hand through all of it. She is able to see your brilliance and reflect it back to you so that you can see it too.
