GBA Liars company After more than a month request cancellation on 2 orders. I finally got one email with confirmation of the cancellation on the least amount. But it’s been 2 weeks now, my refund it’s still not back on my card yet. Total my 2 orders is about $750. They scam people in this difficult times of the pandemic, which is not moral human.

GBDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! STAY AWAY! YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU DONT! I ordered what said "12 boxes" I ordered 2 for a total of what was supposed to be 24 boxes. I only received 2 boxes total! I immediately contacted them and they said that they changed it AFTER my order from 12 boxes to 1 box! But it still said 12 boxes on their website, only after we talked did it change. How do you change something that huge AFTER someone orders??? The best part is that they said I had to return the 2 boxes to even get my money back!!! Wait it gets better...so I never got the return labels and called back. Then they told me that I did not have to return the one box but I DID have to return the other box?1?! THEY ARE THE SAME EXACT ITEM!! Why would I have to return one and not the other?!?!?! These people make no sense! And now the return label they sent me for the box they want back will not even open. I have emailed again asking for a return label that will open and I can use with no response! I filed a complaint with the BBB with no success, and I still have NOT received the refund for the box they said I could keep. PLEASE JUST TRUST ME AND STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

GBPLEASE READ...IF YOU NEED TO RETURN AN… PLEASE READ...IF YOU NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM..THIS MAY NOT BE THE PLACE FOR YOU. I ordered lateral supports and was told I could get a refund if it didn't work. That is the only reason I ordered from this company was that I would get a refund if needed. They told me I would have to pay for shipping to return. The item did not work for my client's needs. I had to pay $39. for shipping for ups and then when 4md received my order back.. I was charged another $20. for restocking. I paid $59. for an item I never kept or was useful to me. With the high prices these days...money really counts. Just know... you may pay a pretty penny to try something. If you can order from Amazon... with free returns..you may be better off.

QAThis company has the worst customer… This company has the worst customer services I have ever dealt with. No regard for Business Ethics and Norms. Item bought online never reached us and they refused to own the responsibility after engaging for over THREE months. Initially, took the onus to provide replacement or refund and after lapsing considerable time where we lost opportunity to engage FedEx also they bluntly refused to help. They do not respond to e-mails and even the calls.................nightmare to deal with this company
