A Liars company After more than a month request cancellation on 2 orders. I finally got one email with confirmation of the cancellation on the least amount. But it’s been 2 weeks now, my refund it’s still not back on my card yet. Total my 2 orders is about $750. They scam people in this difficult times of the pandemic, which is not moral human.

17 days after ordering a custom… 17 days after ordering a custom wheelchair, I found out that 4MD couldn't order from the manufacturer because they hadn't paid their previous bills and were on credit hold. 4md did not inform me. Instead, they told me that it would be 3 more weeks because the manufacturer had production problems. Lying and not paying bills is a bad combination. Good thing that I called the manufacturer .

Never received a $180 product Never received a $180 product. Ignored my calls and emails. Never order from this company. SCAM as far as I’m concerned.

Prompt service I ordered a product from this company but the item was on back order. I was not informed of this at the time of purchase. Jennifer quickly refunded my money and I was able to purchase the item elsewhere.

Poor Business Practices Website not user friendly. No clear location of this company. No communications despite multiple attempts. No way to cancel an order
