GBVery show service Very, very slow fulfillment ... Ordered on October 6, 2022. Heard nothing. Did a "Chat" on October 11. Agent writes that my order came in after 3:00 p.m. East coast time, so it was counted as coming in on October 7. "We don't process orders over the weekend" the agent wrote. But, October 7 was a FRIDAY, not a Saturday or Sunday! Yet, I'm told, the processing didn't start until October 10. It will likely be "processed" by their "sister warehouse" by October 17 the agent writes. This means it might take a month, depending on shipping method, for my $190 order to arrive.

GBDone with this broken website. I've bought from them twice before, no problems at all. But not this time. I cannot log in, website will not accept my password (same password that has always worked before). After numerous attempts, I reset password. As I fill my cart, one item continually locks up my computer, will not load. OK, forget the cleaning solution. I try to check out, no success. I know the problem isn't my payment info. Repeated error message. OK, maybe it's my computer, I'll try on a second computer in my home. Same issues, items won't load, won't accept my new password that I literally just reset. OK, I guess you don't want my business anymore. Suit yourself, I'll buy elsewhere.

GBVery diligent and thorough Very diligent and thorough. Refunded me immediately for a machine I ordered by mistake, and the correct machine that I subsequently ordered arrived less than one week later. Excellent customer service. Email frequency could be less, however.

I received, returned (with their RMA),furnished you with tracking number and tracking informationshowing when the item was returned to them. I still have not received my refund of $83.50 and I want it NOW if not within the next few days, I will have not other choicesbut to supply my information to the BBB for their help in this matter. It addition I will be contacting TRUSTPILOT to give my account of this mishandling.AGILMEDICAL has said that PayPal will have to issue the refund, PayPal has said Citi Bank must issue the refund, AGILMEDICALhas said they okayed the refund so where's my money! GBI just came back from thecpapshop in… I just came back from thecpapshop in West Berlin, NJ. Wow! They are so nice! I bought a side cover for my resmed 10 since I no longer use the chamber. It makes the machine 2 inches shorter. Cost is $19.99 but first time customers get 20% off so it’s $15.99. I also was told since I don’t use the chamber I can use a standard hose that you don’t need to plug in the slot anymore so I got an 8 foot hose for FREE! They are so nice. I highly recommend them.
