When it arrived, I noticed it was too small for what I hoped for and kindly requested an RMA to return this item for a refund? Was quickly dismissed and told that this was not applicable for return? It is brand new in the box? The CPAP Shop will not accept this return! Will no longer shop here for my supplies…

I received, returned (with their RMA),furnished you with tracking number and tracking informationshowing when the item was returned to them. I still have not received my refund of $83.50 and I want it NOW if not within the next few days, I will have not other choicesbut to supply my information to the BBB for their help in this matter. It addition I will be contacting TRUSTPILOT to give my account of this mishandling.AGILMEDICAL has said that PayPal will have to issue the refund, PayPal has said Citi Bank must issue the refund, AGILMEDICALhas said they okayed the refund so where's my money! GBOrdered a Airsence 10 which now I have… Ordered a Airsence 10 which now I have a problem with. I purchased on 1-3-23 which is still under warranty. I have severe sleep apnea and ordered a replacement CPAP to have on hand while the warranty one is replaced. The weekend call service person was excellent in helping me and UPS is delivering today 3-19-2024 but receptionist was not friendly when I reached back out for the warranty issues and it took a act of God for someone respond back, but when tech support reached out they never responded back with return info for the malfunctioning unit. Reached out and no response. Never again

GBVery show service Very, very slow fulfillment ... Ordered on October 6, 2022. Heard nothing. Did a "Chat" on October 11. Agent writes that my order came in after 3:00 p.m. East coast time, so it was counted as coming in on October 7. "We don't process orders over the weekend" the agent wrote. But, October 7 was a FRIDAY, not a Saturday or Sunday! Yet, I'm told, the processing didn't start until October 10. It will likely be "processed" by their "sister warehouse" by October 17 the agent writes. This means it might take a month, depending on shipping method, for my $190 order to arrive.
