GBThe new product is very lacking in… The new product is very lacking in reliability. The new bag has a tendency to seal itself up about a third of the way from the top, leaving the bottom two thirds unusable. The new material sticks to the body where as the previous product did not do that. The adhesive that holds the bag to the penis does not stay in contact with the body. More then 50% of them end up leaking. I wish I could find a replacement for this product, I would do it in a minute.

GBOnce a week falls off within 24 hrs Once a week falls off within 24 hrs. Been spending extra time with all phases of instruction. Have mentioned to staff before sure wish us users had a forum we could compare notes. Nurse is not the answer. Only get repeats of the printed material. Would be great if we're talking to someone is a present user. Wonder if there is even one employee who uses the product. I'm trying now a second faceplate lower for more surface. May end ordering 100 plus. Sure do not plan to go back to pads.

GBFAKE AIR INLET VALVE Have used this product for many years. Have found ways to make it work well, The new design that came out a while ago is not as good as the original and is cheaper to produce. Because it has a FAKE AIR INLET VALVE urine is always in contact with the skin.I can't overcome this problem. Such a shame a great device has taken a backward step due I think to manufacturing costs

GBAppliance attached well and stayed in… Appliance attached well and stayed in place. There was no leakage. All good. But at my level of activity it was awkward, always reminding me it was there. Psychologically, I didn’t like it because I always had to spend the time to put it on and take it off, making me feel that I was more of an invalid than I think of myself. I am totally incontinent following prostatectomy, using 5 pads per day with occasional leak thru if I’m not careful, but I prefer that to the Men’s Liberty appliance. As I get older and more sedentary , my thoughts may change.

GBNo instruction manual enclosed. My order was delivered in a box full of many individual parts in cellophane packaging. There was no instruction manual or any indication of where to begin assembling and installing the Men's Liberty puzzle. we This was very disconcerting and disappointing. I dumped everything back into the large box and stored it in a closet and forgot about the money I threw away by purchasing this product.
