GBGood product terrible distributor My experience with the Men's Liberty product was very good. However, the distributer, Byrum, constantly messed up the delivery orders and billing. I either got my order late, or the contents were incorrect. I dealt with two other catheter related suppliers, Hollister and Allegro, with no problems. My last order, prior to surgery on 6/23 was placed on 6/17. I ordered 10 as my surgery was imminent and that amount would assure that I hade enough even if the surgery was delayed a couple of days. And despite several requests to expedite earlier the ordered was delayed until I received a full amount of 30 Men's Liberty products. A also have in invoice for an old order that was already paid. Terrible!

GBGreat Product I've been totally incontinent for most of a year beginning immediately after radiation treatment for prostate cancer. I found Men's Liberty on line and it sounded too good to be true...it wasn't! What a godsend! While not totally absent "equipment failure", I carried an emergency kit just in case. But the freedom from soaking pads that Men's Liberty provided me was priceless. I'll stop using them soon, however. I've just had surgery for an artificial urinary sphincter. Thanks so much for this product to get me through the interim.

GBPoor performance I have several difficulties with the product. I shower in the evening and attach the Liberty with an extra revolution of 1 1/2" tape. I have a problem with retraction and over half the time the unit comes off during the night, wetting the bed and me, even with the extra Next tape wrap. Only rarely does the unit stay attached for the promised 24 hours. I also regret losing the venting valve at the top, which often allowed me to drain the liquid from the tip of the unit before it would back up. It was easier when the faceplate was attached to the tube in the previous model. Also, the non-stinging BioPlus+ wipe really stings a lot.

GBvalve design needs more work I have used the external catheter for about a year combined with a calf catheter bag. Recently have had to go back to diaper because of design deficiency in the vacuum break valve. It does not provide enough air flow to allow the urine to pass freely down the tube. This results in a suction effect on the tip of the penis leaving it engorged at the end of the day. It also leaves the penis tip constantly exposed to urine. These combined effects produce what I can only describe as diaper rash on the penis around the opening. I don't recall the previous valve design giving this much of a problem. My usage of the device has been greatly diminished as a result.

GBI RECEIVED MY 1ST ORDER A YEAR AGO qss qss I RECEIVED MY 1ST ORDER A YEAR AGO. I EXPERIENCED AN EMBARRASING EXPERIENCE WITH IT AT A BIBLE STUDY.I STILL HAVETHE ENTIRE box of materials. Since then I have been notified of 2 additional deliverance which I have never received.. Part of my problem other than MEDICARE BEING CHARGED FOR SUPPLIES I DID NOT RECEIVE IS THAT THE PERSON ASSISTING ME IN EDUCATING ME IN HOW TO USE THE PRODUCT WAS NOT PATIENT.IN REPEATING HOW TO 1ST APPLY THE PRODUCT. I MAY TRY IT ONE MORE TIME (RELUCTANTLY) WITH THE BOX OF THE PRODUCT I STILL HAVE. I AM ALSO UPSET THAT MEDICARE MAY BE CHARGED FOR OTHERS NOT RECEIVING THE PRODUCT! I HAVE NOT YET NOTIFIED THEM. RESPECTFULLY, BOBBY HINES
