Quick Release Pin delivered and… Quick Release Pin delivered and functional. Needed a quick release pin for a wheelchair, part arrived 4 business days later, but I did not receive tracking information. For a $40 part, it would have been nice to have installation instructions. I figured it out (had to re-orient the pieces and there was a hidden spring) - pin functions as intended.

This company has awful customer service! I recently ordered a small part for a rollator. I needed and ordered only 1 part. HME, for some reason, processed and charged me for 2 pieces. I immediately reached out to them to correct the order before shipping, but got no response. Sure enough, I received 2 pieces. I’ve asked for a return authorization and refund of the 1 piece I didn’t need. So far, nothing!! I would recommend NOT doing business with this company.

claimed in stock but now want ship or refund checked by chat with their rep to verify item was in stock. told me it was in stock and would ship in 24 to 48 hrs. been over a week and still not shipped. contacted by email and said if you cant ship then cancel they responded that the item was at the manufacturer awaiting pick up by usps and could not be cancelled. these guys are a bunch of lying s___ of s____ if you can get it anywhere else do so

prompt ordered fork assy. for drive rollator, fast delivery, correct part. No problems with getting part, problem is with rollator itself. Bearings keep going bad on one wheel fork assy. 3rd or 4th time, always same fork

Choose another vendor! The order was made for two brakes ( a left and right)for a knee scooter. The package arrived 6 days later (I paid for expedited delivery which was 2-4 days) with only the left brake! The packing slip was missing and there was no notice regarding the right brake missing. I emailed customer service - there is no way to call and did not get a response 4 3 days. The response I got was that the right brake was out of stock. Funny I got charged for both BEFORE the shipment left the warehouse. As part of the response they claimed that the right brake was back in stock. It took another 2 days to get the package sent out of the warehouse. In summary extremely poor processes, awful customer service and probably the worst e-commerce experience ever. If you have an alternative vendor - use not HME Medical Shop!
