Ordered the wrong ones- wanted to… Ordered the wrong ones- wanted to exchange for the correct ones but I can’t find anywhere on the site to do so and it looks like there’s a crazy fee just to exchange

Poor Choice Ordered a 3 wheel walker. It took 1 month several calls and email before my purchase was finally sent. It came in a ripped up box held together by tape. Fortunately there were no pieces missing even with the gaping hole in the box. The gave me a useless tracking number that I assume was for the return receipt and not an actual tracking number. If you want you purchase in a timely manner, good customer service and shipped correctly in an adequate box, I suggest you look elsewhere.

product has arrived seven days and order has not shipped yet according to the tech i talke to on the phone with today 9/27/12, very slow to ship but bet they have processed payment already. yes as promised i did receive the procut ordered today 9/28/12 and it is the correct item as promised and shipped as ethan had promised i am very pleased!
