Very Poor!!! If I could give less than 1 star I would. I did not get the product I ordered and the people that I called on the phone were very rude and unprofessional. Two men were screaming at me at the same time on the phone! They advertised their product incorrectly and refused to stand behind their mistake. Save yourself the aggravation and order from another site!!

Poor Communication After Lost Order Unfortunately the quality and integrity of a company is evident by the way they handle a problem. In this case, Healthcare Supply Pros have not returned calls or emails regarding a recent order. Being forced to deal with the shipping agent is unacceptable. Order not delivered, shipping agent now instructs me to deal with merchant and after that; still no communications received by merchant. Not sure if it's a honest mistake somewhere but no way to tell since I can't talk to someone to help resolve this matter. Frustrated!
