I provided them with a copy of my Amazon receipt and they sent a replacement. I like the unit. It's easy to use in the app is great for tracking my info.

GBThis company and its support staff are… This company and its support staff are a wonderful team. They went above and beyond to help me get my issue resolved with one of my devices. Dave and Jada were such a blessing in getting me the best possible resolution for my issue. The support from this company has made me a life long customer and I will never buy from another company if the product is available through iHealth. The professionalism and the friendliness made me feel that they where on my side and would not rest till the issue I was having was resolved and that I was able to get the best possible health data to my drs. I am a myasthenia Gravis patient who is sennonegative and getting my drs my vitals daily is extremely important. Dave and Jada wasted no time in finding a solution and applying it immediately so that I only lost 1 day of data. These 2 people are without a doubt truly the best at their jobs. Because of their diligence and dedication they are the reason I am now a life long customer. God bless them and I would highly recommend that everyone who is looking for medical devices should buy iHealth products for their quality and for the great after the sale support staff.
