GBWonderful customer service I was working with 1 of the tech support reps at iHealth and they could not get my Track reconnected, it was working fine before. I was then passed on to Dave and he not only got me connected but suggested that we test it to make sure it was working correctly. He gave me some tips on how to get better blood pressure readings and they came down by 20-30 points. Thanks Dave

GBHad an issue with a blood pressure… Had an issue with a blood pressure monitor. I had the opportunity to work with a customer service employee by the name of Jade. GBGreat customer service, great product! I purchased my monitor in August 2023. The armband was defective, and needed to be replaced. Customer service was fantastic! I provided them with a copy of my Amazon receipt and they sent a replacement. I like the unit. It's easy to use in the app is great for tracking my info.
