They were actually ready and shipped sooner than expected which was awesome. I couldn't be more happier with the service.

Broda chairs we use are very good… Broda chairs we use are very good quality, great features, very fitting for Long Term care clientele. only comment for improvement = arm raising / lowering - duel squeeze release pins are very difficult to manage - need design change or improve function of current.

TOO much for TOO little I give Broda a two start for several reasons. They break easily, leaving them non usable. When you call there is NOONE to fix these VERY expensive chairs. I am a small facility and this is a large expense for us. I do not believe we have any usable chairs in my facility left from our original purchase and we are no longer allowed to purchase likely d/t this problem and the high cost..

I've been ordering from broda for 6… I've been ordering from broda for 6 years. Most if the time everything is great, few occasions I have recieved replacement parts that were not the correct parts. However the overall experience has been better then most vendors I have dealt with. The product is well known and works as it should with very little down time die to equipment failures.

I Love Broda! I have used Broda chairs for my mobility compromised long term care patients as well as hospice patients for 19 years. The chairs are comfortable with so much adaptability to maximize comfort, proper posture, pressure relief, safe transfers, etc. Also with so much variety of padding packages and colors it is a product that i can use over and over with different individuals. It is easy to clean and disinfect. Also I like the larger wheels for those patients that love going outdoors and family and or staff can take them outside for fresh air and beautiful view of the outdoors. They are also tough and durable. The hydraulic system is great for those patients suffering from agitation or movement disorders. The patient can move, jerk or stretch and the chair gives into the movement and return back to the positional setting. I have had chairs in my facility that have lasted 25 years with just minor changes of hydraulic tubes or padding packages. I love Broda!
