GBI ordered a pair of Broda chairs for 2… I ordered a pair of Broda chairs for 2 male patients with older traumatic brain injuries. During the course of the year both patients knocked off the bottom leg rest attachment. It has a steel rod with an internal spring which locks it into place and both springs broke. However the rest of the chair survived the frequent abuse inflicted by restless movement and even repetitive banging. All in all the chairs did/do a great job of providing total out of bed support and can be adjusted to provide appropriate upright orientation to the environment
