GBvery good experience The Innovo representative was very helpful, informed and cheerful. She double checked my address, since I had used a different one the last time I ordered. This was helpful, since the old one is the one I really prefer to use. I had a question about what I was ordering and she had the answer I needed.

GBRay was very helpful and very knowledgeable Ray was very helpful and thorough in helping me determine what the issue with my shorts might be. With that, he was able to determine they should be replaced with a new pair of a different size to hopefully resolve the issue I am having. Ray is very pleasant and I was pleased to speak with him over this matter. He is also very knowledgeable. Kudos to Ray!
