GBI wouldn't give it a single star I wouldn't give it a single star! It is rubbish. Waste of money. When demanded a refund l was told the policy changed and l was not liable for a refund as promissed earlier. I feel conned. Very expensive mistake. I wish l had never heard of them. This is preying on desperate women.

GBThey advertise a 30-day money back… They advertise a 30-day money back guarantee but it is impossible to fulfill. Their one and only phone number is disconnected. I sent three emails to their email address requesting a return and all went unanswered.

GBThe customer care is absolutely… The customer care is absolutely wonderful at INNOVO. They are prompt to answer every question and concern that I've had. And sending me a free replacement pair of shorts to try - mine seem to be the wrong size and are not getting the right connection to work properly. These shorts are a game changer for me! They worked in just 3 weeks and I've been faithful to use 2-3x/week during the maintenance period. Really love the results from this product.
