Purchase made simple !! Tim was not a fast talking, hurry up sales person ! My first call to Tim was for information only, and he was kind and replied with all the information I needed. I called back to purchase the mobility scooter and Tim was very efficient in processing the purchase.

Helpful staff The staff were very helpful in making my purchase. The only negative aspect is they added sales tax on to the bill for a tax free purchase. I am trusting they will get this taken care of soon.

The experience/Transaction was quick. The experience/Transaction was quick & easy because Mr. Ish; (I think that was his name), had all of the answers except he didn't know the difference options for shipping. I needed the item much, much, quicker than he stated & I was willing to pay whatever cost to get it quicker. He was supposed to call me the following morning to let me know if I could get it quicker; he never called & that will certainly remain in my mind for future needs!!!!!
