GBThe purchase process was fast and easy. The process of purchasing was informative, there was not a contract, and all questions were answered before the purchase. If the purchase should prove unsatisfactory for any reason I can terminate at any time. I did not like that I could not use an automatic bank draft to initiate the service but must use a credit card.

GBI had been considering the need for me… I had been considering the need for me to have an alert system. I live alone and have no family in the area. The gentleman that called me answered all my questions about the system. After checking with he's manager a couple of times as far as delivery, he did come back with a lower price which was an incentive to go with life station.
