My elderly mother's sugar dropped to 23 and because of the alert the paramedics were able to come into the house and save her. We are so grateful! I live a distance from her and having this service gives me a peace of mind.

GBI had been considering the need for me… I had been considering the need for me to have an alert system. I live alone and have no family in the area. The gentleman that called me answered all my questions about the system. After checking with he's manager a couple of times as far as delivery, he did come back with a lower price which was an incentive to go with life station.

GBLess than satisfactory customer service when inquiring Obtaining information was very confusing. It took several calls to gather all the correct information, only to have another option given, which really was't an option. I was given a contact number for customer service of 800.998.2400, yet on my first email from Life Station another number 800.446.3300 is the number stated to call. When I tried to get clarification, each representative had a different reason for the two numbers. No one could explain why there isn't just on number. No where in the information provide do I remember that the batterie on the GPS only last 5 days.
