I do receive what I order on time I do receive what I order on time. However, I do not get more than 20 0stomy pouches in a given month. No one seems to understand what can really occur. You can be careful cleaning but the pouches get ccx weak an whammy leaks or volcanic accidents happen

I waited almost 2 weeks until I finally called my doctor and asked them to call ABC. I don't know if ABC had a wrong fax or what, but my doctors office call and we got it resolved. Kathy form the customer service at lest got me some samples from Hollister until we got this mess figured out as I was almost out. Even with the samples provided

ABC Medical is very fast and efficient ABC Medical is very fast and efficient, as well as polite and helpful. ABC Medical can get orders completed and shipped very quickly. Only very rarely is a little mistake made, such as a missing item. I wish they would increase the use of recyclable packing materials, such as waste or recycled paper instead of plastics, and also use smaller and fewer boxes. But, this is a really good company that I have used now for 2 years.

Always On Time Abc Medical is always on time when it comes to reordering catheters. I can always count on them to be there when I need them. I am always amazed at how quickly I receive them after my order has been placed. The staff at ABC Medical is always friendly and courteous when I speak to them. I don't know what I would do without them.
