I haven't dealt with the life MD… I haven't dealt with the life MD product yet or received any interaction with my appointment but the girl who helped me on the phone was the best one on one customer service I have had in years!!!!

Delighted Dajhia was wonderful and helped me with maneuvering the website and changing my appt time and address. She answered all my questions effectively.

bad bad bad I have contacted this company via email and phone. I’m always put on hold and enter a call back number but nothing. I can’t log into the site to cancel my subscription because the site doesn’t recognize my email address yet I receive emails from them. They say they can’t find my account yet they can find my credit card number to charge it. Despite multiple efforts to retrieve my log in info and cancel directly with the company, no success. I had to block them with my credit card. I would never do business with this company again and strongly urge others to not do business. They have deceptive processes to discourage cancelling.

Paid for a 6 month membership Paid for a 6 month membership. First month the weight loss medicine had "issues" and even though my payment for that processed the medicine was never shipped. a month later it finally got expedited and shipped. I processed by refill for the my 2nd month and then my account mysteriously disappeared and cannot be located. Do not use this platform. It is fraud.

If I could give more than 5 stars I… If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I couldn’t recommend LifeMD more than I already have. I have had zero issues with them, always welling to help and very knowledgeable. Medication comes in a timely manner!
