Be very careful in dealing with this… Be very careful in dealing with this outfit. They cloak themselves in the accouterments of a medical practice, but in my humble opinion, they are borderline fraudulent. I contacted them 3 times in writing instructing them not to renew my Rx. They ignored the instructions and billed me anyway for over $200. I'm disputing the payment with PayPal.

I haven't dealt with the life MD… I haven't dealt with the life MD product yet or received any interaction with my appointment but the girl who helped me on the phone was the best one on one customer service I have had in years!!!!

bad bad bad I have contacted this company via email and phone. I’m always put on hold and enter a call back number but nothing. I can’t log into the site to cancel my subscription because the site doesn’t recognize my email address yet I receive emails from them. They say they can’t find my account yet they can find my credit card number to charge it. Despite multiple efforts to retrieve my log in info and cancel directly with the company, no success. I had to block them with my credit card. I would never do business with this company again and strongly urge others to not do business. They have deceptive processes to discourage cancelling.
