GBI think that they are doing fantastic I think that they are doing fantastic. I’ve only been using them for a couple of days but have gotten more things done and a couple of days. Then I could have having to go to an actual doctor to request labs or referrals. I think that this is an amazing app and place to consider, they’re very quick to get back with you. The practitioner seemed like she knew what she was talking about and they do a lot of work for you. It’s pretty great. I highly recommend them.

GBMy experience with the Galileo app is… My experience with the Galileo app is very great because it's very easy to use and also the communications with the doctors are awesome whenever you have a question or any concerns they are there to help you I love it

GBWhile slow at times, an overall great experience. This is the second or third time I’ve used Galileo and it’s been so helpful. When you’re feeling so lousy that the thought of driving to see a doctor in the office seems impossible, it’s nice to be able to get evaluated at home. My only complaint (and it’s a minor one) is that response times can be on the slow side. Sometimes over 90 minutes. I’ve questioned at times if anyone was even seeing my case. That being said, the physicians are very thorough and make the process extremely easy. I’m very glad to have access to such a great service.

GBI live in a small town so everything… I live in a small town so everything was closed. I was able to travel somewhere else to get tests needed done that they told me to do and get my medication fast.

GB2 Visits, 2 Completely Different Experiences I've had two visits with Galelio and two drastically different experiences...just goes to show that it all depends on the provider assigned to review your particular case/visit. The first visit was prompt and helpful, I received the needed medication promptly. My second visit was nothing more than a waste of time. The provider dismissed my concerns and simply suggested I try "treatment A and/or B"...in my profile it clearly states that I've tried both of those. When I said mentioned that back, the provider simply said "to let them know if I had any questions or need anything else"....well obviously I needed treatment because treatments A and B weren't working. At that point I just requested to close the case because it was obvious that person had no interest in helping.
