Everything has gone well Everything has gone well, I’m just frustrated in general with the medical system in this country that it takes a company like Galileo to approach things in a different way to help all those in need of care. I have a few minor-ish things in process with Galileo so it will be interesting to see how they proceed.

I’m disappointed with the app Dr… I’m disappointed with the app Dr thinking I still may have Covid and sent protocols for it. I have tested negative twice and I know my body. I have a soar throat and swollen tonsils and have always recovered from antibiotics when I have these symptoms. Instead I am taking twice as long to recover, out of work etc. I won’t use this type of healthcare again. A primary in person doctor would have given me a script.

Excellent! All the providers are extremely helpful and attentive. They are quick to respond, empathetic and caring. I've almost never been to a doctors office where I've received the same level of care. I never thought I'd say that I prefer virtual to in person. This is a game changer.

I am very satisfied with the care I am very satisfied with the care. We communicate by text, and although responses may take 15 minutes to a couple of hours to get back to you, the support is always positive, and helpful. I like that they can prescribe my medication, especially when I need it in the weekend and can’t reach to my primary. They always follow up and ask if I’m doing better regarding a health concern I would have reached out about, even if I have seen a doctor in person about it, they would always check in which I appreciate and gives to this text-base care a warm and very human vibe.
