GBDr Tram Dr. Tran was really awesome! She explained the system and took the time to answer my questions. I switched insurance and none of my docs are on the list, so I was worried about my meds and what I would do for my back pain and cluneal nerve pain. They are getting me a referral.

GBI’m disappointed with the app Dr… I’m disappointed with the app Dr thinking I still may have Covid and sent protocols for it. I have tested negative twice and I know my body. I have a soar throat and swollen tonsils and have always recovered from antibiotics when I have these symptoms. Instead I am taking twice as long to recover, out of work etc. I won’t use this type of healthcare again. A primary in person doctor would have given me a script.

GBI live in a small town so everything… I live in a small town so everything was closed. I was able to travel somewhere else to get tests needed done that they told me to do and get my medication fast.

GBEverything has gone well Everything has gone well, I’m just frustrated in general with the medical system in this country that it takes a company like Galileo to approach things in a different way to help all those in need of care. I have a few minor-ish things in process with Galileo so it will be interesting to see how they proceed.
