And I normally fail in essay writing and science subject exams. But the rating there is 3 so I guess am still functioning for basic Math at least haha! But the rest of the reports are fantastic and some might be funny to find out XD

I even learned quite a few details I never even knew about myself, nor have I ever questioned. The only suggestion I have that I think I could improve this system would be if there were more clear instructions for self-care to prevent potentially life-altering physical or mental health issues.

Removed one counselling session with NO notice, communication or compensation. Also ignored request for partial refund as original full service was not delivered. I only realised this when I looked within my app to see only 1 counselling session on offer.
