Unacceptable Delay and Poor Customer Service I am extremely disappointed with my experience. It has been 17 days since I placed my order for the kit, and I still haven't received it. The customer support has been unhelpful and slow to respond. Their slow and ineffective communication is very frustrating. I would expect much better service and prompt updates regarding my order status.

Easy The whole experience was pretty straight forward. Stupidly, I had forgotten to register my sample through the app before sending it back. But fortunately, customer service could look it up in their system.

My DNA discovery I feel like I’m introduce to my origin self thru Circle DNA. I’m glad to discover my body, my ancestors lineage, my ethnicity, my genetic history and the report really help me understand my health condition where I can be guided from the Health Coaches to improve and prevent my health.
