GBThe whole process felt unprofessional The whole process felt unprofessional. The person on the phone got my last name, my phone number, and email address wrong. I walked in and was told could not receive medical attention without a mask, and they didn’t have any masks to give away. Which is complete nonsense, as I paid $259 for my visit out of pocket, I could be handed a mask that costs less than 2 cents for Quest Diagnostics to purchase. After I walked back to my car in the pouring rain to grab a mask after the pandemic is officially over, I came back in and was saw for my visit. The lady who took me into the room had no idea what I was there for, had to pull up the tests I ordered and paid for out of pocket to show her.

GBThe staff was amazing and made it feel… The staff was amazing and made it feel like a safe space. The over the phone customer service gave me a full explanation of all the different types of testings and which ones would work for me.

GBVery good!!! I had a troubling experience, in which I was in dire need of private and fast STD testing. I am so glad I called, as I got very compassionate, non-judgemental and informative help. I’m very grateful for this company, and would recommend it to anyone.
