GBI was always intimidated by therapists'… I was always intimidated by therapists' offices and was afraid to face what might be an ADHD diagnosis because of the stigma. I fought the idea for years. When I finally did start seeking help, every single psychiatrist's office in my county had a wait of about 3 months, and at that point things were dire. I found ADHD Online, and it made a years-long struggle feel completely private and painless. I am doing better at work now, and found a treatment plan that works great for me. It was a huge relief, and I never could have done it without ADHD Online.

GBI did my assessment and got an… I did my assessment and got an appointment, the dr was on time. She was lovely, and I got medication prescribed. The thing is, don’t do it if you are taking any other meds or have any underlying conditions especially mental ones.

GBMissed Appointment due to app issue- no refund I was not able to attend an appointment due to technical issues at the appointment time and immediately called, left a voicemail, and tried the livechat. But since it was past their "hours of operation" there was no one to assist and the live chat was just a bot. So I am out the money and did not get to see the provider. They offer no alternative methods of communicating with the provider if the technology fails and no admin or IT support after 5PM. What a waste of $169.

The whole website & portal is clear and easy to use. The pricing and restrictions are transparent and that too means I'm more trusting of the site

GBLong Time Patient - Leaving Now! I started using ADHD Online in 2020 and had a fabulous experience. A good doctor and responsive experience. However, since late 2022, the quality has plummeted. Doctors constantly changing and late to appointments. I am no longer able to get anyone on the phone. And the company is unresponsive to emails. Now the patient portal no longer works - no one will fix my issue. So I am struggling to get my script refilled. I believe the company is in financial crisis, as the sudden decrease in service demonstrates a company in trouble. So new customers/patients need to stay away.
