GBAwesome quality and extremely lightweight The Custom Fusion TTL 3.5x loupes I ordered had perfect measurements，super light weight and huge viewing field. But when I tried them on, there was an angle of declination issues, I had to bend down my neck whole day and it really hurt my neck and back. I contacted the company and the service manager Sam was very concise, patient and detailed in helping me to adjust the frame, and work out the issue from start to finish. I was sent a refitted pair of loupes which are now completely perfect. A massive thank you to Schultz Loupes for providing such good service and product. Will definitely recommend Schultz Loupes to my fellow dental colleagues.

GBNot forthcoming I ordered the loupes. Decided that they were not what I was looking for and returned them. The company has not refunded me as advertised and have not responded to my emails.

GBDo not buy from them! Terrible service! Spent About 3 months sending my loupes back and forth because the angulation of the lenses were off And they couldn’t get it right. (My pupilar distance was measured by an optometrist) Hours on the phone w a tech. I’ve never had issues w custom loupe purchases before. I finally gave up and asked for a refund, which they agreed to. It’s been about 9 months and at this point they don’t reply to my emails. Maybe they are out of business?? Yes, they are much cheaper but this experience has been a nightmare and I still don’t have a pair of loupes. Update: still no refund after confirming they received the product back in great condition. Reported them to BBB and Attorney Generals office. I’m out $1500+ and I have no loupes. DO NOT BUY From this company!!! You are warned!
