GBThis is the absolute WORST company I… This is the absolute WORST company I have ever dealt with!! They offer a trial period when you purchase their loupes however, when you need to send them back, they completely fall off the face of the Earth!! They will not answer emails, phone calls or even texts. I was sent the wrong frames entirely. I am STILL waiting for my refund, some 30 days later and it is over $800. I will now have to to involve legal counsel and the whole thing is just a nightmare. I would never, ever advise trading with this company! Pitiful!

GBDo not deal with this company!!! Do not deal with this company!!! I ordered loupes and returned them. They sent me a new set even though I asked for my money back, then returned those unopened. They accepted the return and have been telling me the money is to be credited back to my account for almost 2 years.

GBDo not buy from them! Terrible service! Spent About 3 months sending my loupes back and forth because the angulation of the lenses were off And they couldn’t get it right. (My pupilar distance was measured by an optometrist) Hours on the phone w a tech. I’ve never had issues w custom loupe purchases before. I finally gave up and asked for a refund, which they agreed to. It’s been about 9 months and at this point they don’t reply to my emails. Maybe they are out of business?? Yes, they are much cheaper but this experience has been a nightmare and I still don’t have a pair of loupes. Update: still no refund after confirming they received the product back in great condition. Reported them to BBB and Attorney Generals office. I’m out $1500+ and I have no loupes. DO NOT BUY From this company!!! You are warned!

GBMy loupe light came detached because I… My loupe light came detached because I over tightened the screw for the light. Sent them in and they repaired them and even sent me brand new loupes!! Amazing .. did I say Amazing!!!?? Customer service. Soooo happy!! Ty Roger and everyone who got them back to me sooo fast and Superior customer service!! Y’all are outstanding!!! I’d rate you higher than a 5!!!! Tytyty. Very happyyyyyy!!!
