Fast, but expensive with some errors Fast dental work done on a filling that came out, but expensive. Also, when shaping the new filling, the hygienist slipped and the drill gashed my lip. I understand mistakes happen, and due to the numbing I couldn't feel it. Just paying 400 dollars for a filling AND walking away with a bloody gashed lip isn't really that great. So if you need a filling immediately, this place is fine, otherwise find somewhere else.

Not very personable They got me in quickly which was great. But, the staff was not very personable. The dentist that extracted my tooth never even asked if I was numb or OK. After I was done I was handed an envelope and told I was good to go. I asked about an antibiotic and was told he was sending an antibiotic and pain meds to the pharmacy. After I'd been home 2 hours I finally called them and asked about my prescriptions. They sent in ibuprofen which isn't helping my pain at all and no antibiotic. I've had quite a few teeth pulled due to calcium issues while Inwas pregnant, I've never been given just ibuprofen nor been in this much pain after an extraction.

Even though I’ve been going to the same dentist for years I decided to continue at Same Day Dental because I felt like they were giving me good care. The price seemed a bit high but I’m guessing that it’s similar to most office’s pricing.

Brought in my benefit certificate and summary, still it wasn’t enough to verify my insurance. If you open 24hours just for people with insurance to pay like they don’t have one, its not worth it. That’s complete extortion!!! Bad customer service as well

One of the worst experiences of my… One of the worst experiences of my life.. Let me drive home on pain medicine. Called prescriptions into the wrong pharmacy. Didnt call all the prescriptions I was told I would be on into any pharmacy. Staff the next day refused to see me or hear the issues I was having. Told me I was lying and hung up. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. I called left a message for the office manager Brad. Have still 8 days later not received a call back from him . Absolutely horrifying
