Great Service Fast and efficient. I had an x-ray unit where the handheld switch was starting to not work. Called Dental Planet to see if they have the parts and the representative was very helpful and attentive. Gave me all the necessary information and saved me a lot of money from having to buy a new x-ray unit. They also helped me with how to install the handswitch. Definitely would recommend for your dental purchases.

I usually don’t leave reviews but this… I usually don’t leave reviews but this company deserves one. When I submitted my order, the address was incorrect. Once I noticed it, I contacted them and they fixed it IMMEDIATELY. Shipping was very fast and I love my new dental scaler! 10/10 would recommend this company and will be purchasing from them again. Their customer service can’t be beaten. It’s incredible!!

I was very disappointed with being… I was very disappointed with being charged shipping three times ($36) for three bottles of oil packaged in one small box. I sent a message through Ebay regarding this. However, to date nobody has seen fit to reply. I was waiting for a response before leaving my feedback on Ebay.

After reaching out to several other… After reaching out to several other dental supply companies, Dental Planet was to only one to respond. Mandy went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. She even hand delivered my order in person. The communication was very prompt, and she was able to find everything I was looking for. I highly recommend Dental Planet!

I did my full office with DentalPlanet I did my full office with DentalPlanet, although there were some hiccups but Tony, Maria, Dwight have been amazing through out and corrected the wrong. I am extremely happy with everything. Would Highly recommend them and would definitely do business again in the future.
