GBI am a dentist and used dental planet… I am a dentist and used dental planet durapro and they are by far the worst vendor I have come into contact with. They make it extremely difficult to cancel an order because they are adamant about making a sell and do not care anything about your best interest. I requested a cancellation and they had not even shipped the unit to me and they said they would charge me a $6000 restocking fee. Be very careful when dealing with these people. The rep I had was Dale. I had planned on finishing the rest of my build with them but after this experience I will never use them again and I will make sure to tell all of my colleagues about my experience.

GBAfter reaching out to several other… After reaching out to several other dental supply companies, Dental Planet was to only one to respond. Mandy went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. She even hand delivered my order in person. The communication was very prompt, and she was able to find everything I was looking for. I highly recommend Dental Planet!

GBI was very disappointed with being… I was very disappointed with being charged shipping three times ($36) for three bottles of oil packaged in one small box. I sent a message through Ebay regarding this. However, to date nobody has seen fit to reply. I was waiting for a response before leaving my feedback on Ebay.

GBProfessional and courteous…! When my intraoral x-ray unit stopped working in Room 2, it was a significant disruption in my office flow! But I had already been to the Dental Planet website before, so a few mouse clicks and a quick phone call and I had a new unit on it’s way, with a warranty from the manufacturer! Awesome! So it was no surprise that when I was having trouble with my digital PAN, they were key in helping me sort it out! Great service, professional and courteous, there are many corporations who could benefit from taking a page from their playbook!
