I usually don’t leave reviews but this… I usually don’t leave reviews but this company deserves one. When I submitted my order, the address was incorrect. Once I noticed it, I contacted them and they fixed it IMMEDIATELY. Shipping was very fast and I love my new dental scaler! 10/10 would recommend this company and will be purchasing from them again. Their customer service can’t be beaten. It’s incredible!!

Professional and courteous…! When my intraoral x-ray unit stopped working in Room 2, it was a significant disruption in my office flow! But I had already been to the Dental Planet website before, so a few mouse clicks and a quick phone call and I had a new unit on it’s way, with a warranty from the manufacturer! Awesome! So it was no surprise that when I was having trouble with my digital PAN, they were key in helping me sort it out! Great service, professional and courteous, there are many corporations who could benefit from taking a page from their playbook!

Since my previous review Dental planet… Since my previous review Dental planet came through and gave me a new PC for my panorex shipping next day. they kept their word and since I have done business with them now 3 times I can say you cannot go wrong buying from their company
