Buyer beware. Satisfaction guarantee is bogus The bed is nice but didn't work for the location we needed it. It is also a fabric that really made my puppy want to chew it up. I tried to return it based on the satisfaction guarantee. They require you to ship it back to ITALY!!!!! And pay for the freight yourself. That really should have been disclosed. So they give you a 50% credit to keep it which is cheaper than sending it back and getting full credit

I am so thrilled I am so thrilled when I receive superior customer service and that happened recently with my purchase from Dogs Landing. My package arrived damaged with the blanket exposed in ar least 3 areas. Very slight damage but damage nonetheless. A new blanket is being sent to me and I am very much appreciative and happy to tell everyone xxx

Terrible quality Terrible quality! Bought two beds and a blanket. Within weeks, our small dog had ripped the zippers on both beds and the inserts are sticking out. Also, the inserts are a huge pain to get into the cover. Do not recommend.
